We want you to feel confident in every climb, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If your Little Giant product doesn't meet your needs, we are committed to making the return process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the ladder or accessory in its original box, ensuring all manuals and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of the box, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
